With offices in Charleston, SC, and Charlotte, NC, Alex Muntean has been practicing immigration law since 2009. He has represented individuals and families before the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Field Offices throughout the Carolinas, as well as at U.S. Department of State consular posts around the world.

Mr. Muntean earned his Juris Doctor degree from Dimitrie Cantemir Christian University School of Law in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware.

He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the North Carolina State Bar. His legal practice is limited exclusively to matters of U.S. federal immigration law.
